By accessing or using the Cobalance website located at www.cobalance.io (the "Site"), operated by Reality Bound LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Site.

2. Description of Service

Cobalance is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining our waitlist, you are expressing interest in receiving updates about our upcoming financial management application for couples who share bills. The Site currently serves as an informational platform and waitlist collection point.

3. Waitlist Participation

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join our waitlist. By providing your email address, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

No Obligation

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Cobalance when it launches, nor does it create any obligation for you to use the service once available.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from us regarding:

• Launch announcements
• Product updates
• Early access invitations
• Related marketing materials

4. Acceptable Use

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We want to address your concerns without resorting to formal legal proceedings. Before filing a claim against Reality Bound LLC, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@cobalance.io.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Florida.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes shall be brought in your individual capacity only and not as part of a class action or other representative proceeding.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
